The Mosaic at Metro and Mosaic at Turtle Creek Communities were designed to be environmentally sensitive multifamily communities. The site layout was chosen to protect wetlands, increase stream buffers, and promote tree conservation. Rain water is collected from the buildings and directed to the storm drain system. We make wise investment choices that are good for the earth and the bottom line.

Terra Verde Communities is highly qualified at crafting secured mortgage and mezzanine financing solutions, using both private and public funds. We are especially skilled with applying HUD financing for both market-rate and affordable multi-family developments.

Our experience includes the new construction or renovation of multifamily developments ranging from 100 to 500 units. Properties range from luxury condominiums to market-rate and mixed-income rental apartments.
